SHIPPING WITH-IN THE UNITED STATES: Shipping costs can be viewed during the check-out process (before you finalize your order). Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package, shipping method, and the destination that we are shipping to. When you enter your address, and select your shipping method, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed on the right side of the check-out page. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs, our shipping calculator is set-up to achieve a shipping rate as close as possible to actual charges, certain orders such as cage orders or heavy weight items may require shipping cost adjustments. If you decide not to go through with your order (after viewing the shipping charges) simply do not proceed with payment information.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES We do ship to most international destinations. Place your order on our website, select the shipping method - AIR MAIL (OUTSIDE THE U.S. & CANADA) and the shipping calculator will do the rest. You will be able to view your shipping costs before you finalize your order. (see more info. below).

INTERNATIONAL FAST FACTS: Some countries have customs entry charges and will charge you additional duties and taxes upon entry into your country. To determine these charges ahead of time, please contact your Customs Department within your country. Based on your location, the additional duties and taxes range from 0-35% of the total order value. The duties and taxes due on your package upon receipt are collected by your country ... for your country. We will NOT be responsible for customs charges. Please note that some of the items that we sell may not be allowed into your country, such as live insects and certain meat based foods. If your order is refused by customs in your country, you will still be responsible for the cost of the order. If the order is returned back to us, and the merchandise is not damaged, we can refund the cost of the merchandise, but not the shipping cost.

Delivery times may vary depending on time spent in customs. Most cages cannot be shipped internationally due to package size restrictions. SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS - Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a $10.00 address correction charge. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a $10.00 charge will be assessed. This charge is assessed by UPS, and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.
